I enjoy going to Kickboxing as it helps me to keep fit and the enjoyment factor you get out of it. The instructors are very pleasant and are extremely helpful. My son and husband go along too and it is nice to go to a club together and give each other support.

I have been going to kick boxing classes for over a year now and love it to bits. The instructors are some of the best I have known and are always there to help motivate and progress my abilities. I am currently a Green Belt and wish to start entering more tournaments, so the instructors have prepared a more intensive training regime for me. Above all else the kick boxing classes have improved my fitness and flexibility dramatically.

I was a member at one of the big gyms in Northampton before I started kick boxing, and was at the gym 3-4 times a week. Since I started Kickboxing my level of fitness has dramatically increased and I soon quit the gym! The difference between kick boxing and the gym is you are there with other people all doing the same thing motivating one another. I have a really great time and couldn’t ask for better instructors or a better atmosphere! There are people of all ages and sizes and I’ve made great friends along the way.
