If you prefer to train on a 1:1 basis with undivided attention from your instructor we can offer you a programme tailored to your requirements and fitness levels. We can help with building confidence and strength, develop your general fitness, as well as offering personal kickboxing coaching for competitions and gradings. We can incorporate HIIT, Kettle Bell fitness, boxercise, working on every muscle imaginable!!
