By taking part in kickboxing with us in either Wellingborough, Northampton or Burton Latimer you will gain key transferable life skills such as balance, coordination and memory.

These are key elements that we use in everyday life, but with participating in such a sport as kickboxing they will be enhanced along with focus, attention to details and self discipline. Along with the obvious benefits of Martial Arts, such as Self Defence and Self Confidence, Kickboxing is also a great way to lose weight and define and tone muscles.

We begin our classes from the ages of 3 upwards. Nothing like starting them young!! All levels have their own programmes throughout the different grades. Our Lil’ Cubs are ages 3-5 where they have 6 grades.

In these grades we teach them basic life skills such as numbers, colours, instruction, focus and teamwork.

They then progress to Lil Lions (6-8), where they have 8 grades, which develops their skills further including memory, discipline and fitness. They then go onto Juniors & Seniors where they grade right the way through to Black Belt. Even having the opportunity to go beyond, and becoming instructors if that is their desire!
